- Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Due to health, safety, and regulatory standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used surgical instruments and disposables (e.g., gloves, syringes, masks)
- Custom-ordered or special-request items
- Items requiring cold storage or with a limited shelf life
- Equipment that has been installed, tested, or used
- Products damaged after delivery or not in original condition.

- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Products
